Im not saying don't use US resources including The Office of International Affairs, The US Justice Department, and the US Department of Criminal Affairs Abroad but your help will come from the information below that I got from the UK. Cash Today LTD is based out of the UK with offices in the US. Consumer direct is the UK agency which accepts complaints regarding business regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (which licenses debt collectors in the UK).

I strongly advise you to show no fear. Dont be afraid of them. Their loans are illegal. I never read in all the complaints where they actually contacted anyones payroll department but just in case I contacted payroll myself about my situation which totally removed the threat. I also told them that I would send every legal force I could find in the US and UK after them if they called my job again. I have not heard from them since - 3 weeks.
